Salon Booking Policies

Cancellation & No-show Policy

We schedule each appointment with the proper amount of time to fit the needs of the client as well as the stylist. We understand life happens; but as a courtesy to all, we ask you to give at least a 48-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If cancellation does not occur within the allotted policy, we will charge 50% of the scheduled service value. If a no-show occurs, we will charge 100% of the scheduled service. As a courtesy, we give a confirmation text and/or email 48 hours before, then a call 24 hours before if you had not confirmed already.

New Clients

For any new clients, we require the hold of a card in order to book the appointment. We understand life happens, but per our cancellation policy, we require at least 48-hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If we do not receive the change in the proper notice period, we will charge 50% of the schedule service. Per our no-show policy, if you were to miss your appointment we charge 100% of the scheduled service.
